Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Note: Certain items, such as final sale products or personalized/customized items, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Us: Email us at [ShopKosmosCrystal@gmail.com] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

Receive Instructions: We’ll provide you with a return authorization email and instructions on where to send your item(s).

Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship it to the address provided.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please indicate this in your return request.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, photos of the damaged/defective item, and a description of the issue.

We will cover the cost of return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective:

Final sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase).

7. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees associated with returning items.

Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency, minus any shipping or handling fees.

8. Lost or Missing Returns
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. KOSMOS is not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit.
